Passionate about human and cognitive sciences, and today in possession of a Master Coach RNCP certification, I have always been committed to helping people. This is why I launched my reconversion project as independent after thirty years in companies working in human resources, management and project management positions.
A crazy bet when all the doors were open to me for a promising “classic” future in a company! However, I felt out of place and frustrated with the “system”. I got tired of being “just” satisfied with my life, telling myself that there are always worse things. Tired of telling myself that I didn’t have the resources, the means, the motivation, the time, etc.
My change of path was the best decision of my life and today, I am happy to be able to accompany people to thrive and blossom in their lives. I know that we can all change when we decide to!
